What suggestions do you have for me to sell items other than Avon or Mary Kay?
There are people at work who sell these additional revenue and do well, but I would like to offer something that people can buy as well. If you could suggest a catalog which has more than scented candles, frozen cookie dough or candy would dearly grateful. My thoughts are to offer something that is in demand all year and not too expensive (eg, artwork, personal care products, stationary or blank to be used for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions). Also, demand the necessary investments for the interest in my sale.

I love candles! On Saturday I’m going to the Yankee Candle flagship store in Deerfield, Mass. I intend on buying 5 or 6 candles for my home. I know Yankee Candles come in both tumbler and jars. Is there really any difference in them besides presentation/looks? Like more scent throw, etc.
And if anyone would like to recommend scents for me, that would be appreciated. I’ve got a lot of smelling to do! I just finished with Autumn Leaves, which was marvelous. I’d like a fresh one (kitchen/bathroom smell), a cozy one or two for the living room, and some other general kind. A Christmas-y and another Autumn one are definitely necessary. I already know I’m getting a Midnight Jasmine, it smells great! I like clean scents, nothing too sweet (ie some vanilla/tropical/fruity, although I like apples). Let me know! Thanks in advance!

I had some small parffin wax beads given to me that are strongly scented and painted gold. They are roundish in shape and no larger then a small pea. Can anyone help me with a formula and directions to make this small wax bead for candle project and sachets in glass jars
I have some of those, they are gold, but not painted.
You can put down a wick, like other candles. Then pour these beads in the container and light the waxed wick. It will start to melt the beads. If yours are painted, you might not want to do this, as paint will not burn as well as the wax does. In fact, the paint will not burn well at all, but will smoke.
